1. Data controller
Instinctgaminghub S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71743982-4, registered office at Av. Corrientes 1543, Floor 6, Office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (C1042AAD), Argentina, is the controller of personal data collected through instinctgaminghub.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We also collect anonymous technical data (browser type, language, pages visited) through cookies, as detailed in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you the editorial newsletter, measure audiences, improve content and comply with Argentine legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, granted when you complete the form and accept this policy. You can withdraw it at any time, without retroactive effect.
5. Retention
We keep newsletter data while you remain subscribed and for an additional 24 months for legal and accounting reasons, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Recipients
We share data only with email delivery providers (processors) located in the European Union, subject to appropriate contractual clauses. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions deemed inadequate by the AAIP.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you may access, rectify, update or erase your information, and object to certain processing. Write to redaccion@instinctgaminghub.com to exercise them. You may also file a complaint with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, access control, encrypted backups and independent annual audits.
9. Minors
The site is directed at people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
